So thats how its always been, keeping the tone of this page for each friend out there. As a fat kid, i was bullied. So I understand what you feel when you say i want to lose weight. I felt the same when i was 16. Having shed a few pounds i can now say, i feel good! But ironically, its not because I’m lighter, it’s because it makes me feel good physically and mentally! Working out for me is not about body toning anymore, it’s about the endorphins!
Being able to connect with you all is the greatest gift this page has given me. It’s such a feeling to wake up to DMs of people who share their fitness experiences of the workout, the fact that they resonate with the fitness ideology that i share.
Trust me, it’s difficult to convince someone to join me on this fitness quest when i tell them that weight loss should not be your priority. But when you see the experiences shared on this page and hop on anyway and see results for yourself it gives me the fuel to keep going.

We do not give refunds. However, we would be happy to accommodate requests made within the first 5 days of the program for carry-forward to next month under extreme and genuine circumstances. The right to determine the same rests with the management.
We highly encourage meeting the protein requirement of the body from the meals you consume during the day. In case that is not meeting the requirement then the participant can consume protein supplement. It is not mandatory.
Each participant will be monitored during the session. Besides, we also have a WhatsApp group where any discussion can be done offline as well.
We encourage fitness goals to include gaining strength and stamina, having a healthy relationship with your body and the food you eat. But certainly, by the end of the program as a by-product of working towards the said goals, you will lose weight. Each body responds differently to the workouts and diet and hence every participant may lose a different amount of weight.
Each session is of 1 hour. The session is divided into 3 parts - warm-up, workout, and cool-down.
Yes, a recorded session will be provided in case you miss the live workouts. However, we encourage you to join the live sessions as far as possible.
At GETSETFIT we aim to create a sustainable lifestyle. We aim to embed fitness as part of our daily routine in a way that it isn’t difficult to practice for a lifetime. Hence the nutrition guidelines provided are such as can be sustained for a lifetime. We focus on special requirements of the PCOS/D diet.
The beginners’ program is for someone who is beginning his/her fitness journey. Someone who had worked out before but hasn’t worked out for a few months should also opt for GSF Beginners Zoom
For someone who has been working out regularly and is aware of the exercise, forms can join the GSF ZoomFit program. Please note, workouts begin from basics in the GSF ZoomFit program and quickly pace up.
The workouts will be focused on full-body training with special attention given to each body part. This includes strength training, HIIT, mobility, and flexibility enhancing exercises.
1. 30 days fitness program.
2. Separate batches for Beginners and Intermediate And Advanced Levels.
3. 5 Workouts a week + 1 outdoor drill.
4. Daily WhatsApp group interactions with me.
5. Nutrition and healthy lifestyle guide along with personal discussions from time to time.
The workouts are conducted on zoom, where you can watch me show you the exercise form. I will also be monitoring your form and communicating on a real-time basis in case you do anything wrong.
